Women in Ministry Conference

Please join Beeson Divinity School’s Center for Women in Ministry for the Women in Ministry Conference, Friday evening and Saturday, August 11-12, sponsored by the Thriving Pastors Initiative. This is a great opportunity to network and fellowship with women in ministry, and Beeson female students and alumni. Karen Ellis, an amazing writer and teacher from Reformed Theological Seminary will be the keynote speaker. Several breakout sessions with feature women in different kinds of ministry, including Center for Women in Ministry founder Kristen Padilla on developing a ministry of writing; local Birmingham counselor and Beeson alumna Rebecca Henderson on counseling in and for the church; and panels on loving the church when it’s your job, and developing an emotionally resilient ministry.
The conference ticket includes meals and all attendees will receive a Center for Women in Ministry t-shirt and a copy of Karen Ellis’ book. Register here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/women-in-ministry-conference-answering-wisdoms-call-in-an-age-of-folly-tickets-646258425347?aff=oddtdtcreator
